The gate to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities! The gate will be closed at 4:00 PM and will not be reopened until after the ceremony.

We wish we could invite everyone, but unfortunately we can't. Unless it is listed under your RSVP, we are not allowing additional plus-ones.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have made it easy to send gifts directly to our house through our registry. We will also be having a bridal shower (June 20th), and a wedding card box will be at our reception!

Typically, it's sunny and warm. Since the venue is on a mountain it may be a bit breezy especially in the evening. Please bring a shaw or cover-up if you think you may get cold. The venue is indoor/outdoor.

Please RSVP by July 10th, 2026 and book your room if needed! How to RSVP: Visit the 'RSVP' page on our website. Enter your full name and click “Find Your Invitation.” If your invitation is found, you’ll be taken to the RSVP form. If you receive an error message: Example: "Oops! We’re having trouble finding your invite. Please try another spelling of your name or contact the couple." Please email us immediately at: ArikJuliaGermanio@gmail.com Completing the RSVP: If it’s just you attending, you can select your attendance on your own. If you're RSVPing for a family/group, you'll be able to respond on their behalf as well. Continue through the RSVP questionnaire. At the end, you’ll be asked to enter an email. (Please use an address where we can reach you in case we have any follow-up questions.)

Yes! We will have an open bar and although it is not required, we do recommend tipping the staff.

There is a large parking lot right in front of the castle! No need to worry about walking far.

Our reception will end at 9:30 PM and there will not be an afterparty.

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking photos or videos at the ceremony. We want our guest to truly be in the moment with us and have a dedicated photographer and videographer to capture the moment for you. You will be able to access photos and videos after the wedding! Take as many photos as you'd like at the reception! We would love to see your point of view and a QR code will be available at your table to share your photos with the bride and groom.

Transportation will be available from the venue to your hotels starting at 9:00 PM. If you are flying in please reach out to the bride or groom's parents to discuss transportation or we recommend using UBER. If you are driving there is a wonderful parking lot right in front of the venue. If you are driving but plan on drinking, please leave your car at the hotel you are staying at and UBER to the venue, transportation after the reception will be available.
